We handle commercial and residential real estate transactions, representing financial institutions, portfolio and private lenders, buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, developers and brokers in real estate closings and financings, and regularly advise clients on how best to structure or restructure their real estate and mortgage assets. We handle transactions throughout the State of Florida and United States, serving as a full-service title and escrow company for First American National Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Our established record as title agent with all three of the largest title underwriters in the United States, permits us to better serve our clients.

We often assist our clients as closing agents, providing title insurance for acquisitions, loans, financings and refinancings, and we assist to convey property in the best manner possible to maintain title insurance coverage, consider privacy issues, minimize transfer taxes and achieve client objectives. Our advice on structuring requires proper tax planning before acquisition, during ownership, and upon sale or disposition, and we tailor our advice to each particular client and have extensive experience with foreign clients and families that are both foreign and domestic.
